The third season of the reality show Survivor Czech Republic & Slovakia has ended after seventy-seven days of thrilling battle. In the finals, programmer Nikola and comedian Mikýř competed, who eventually won the Survivor title and 2.5 million CZK. The entire series was characterized by strong storylines, twists and unexpected betrayals that made it the most dramatic and successful series in history.
The end of the battle for survival
The seventy-seven-day fight for survival has come to an end. The third season of the gritty reality show Survivor Czechia & Slovakia was filled with powerful stories, unexpected twists, alliance-forming and subsequent betrayals. In the finals, two contestants who performed brilliantly throughout the competition competed: thirty-one-year-old programmer Nikola and thirty-year-old comedian Mikýř, who eventually won 2.5 million CZK and the Survivor title. The winner watched the final episode along with the other contestants from all three series and fans at Prague's Duplex club on Wenceslas Square.
Winner's reaction
"What surprised me the most were the people who didn't believe I would win at first. I don't understand what they expected. In the entrance exam to the University of Economics, I had about 92 points out of 100... do the math. It couldn't have gone any other way. I don't even know if I'm happy about it. Are you happy when you iron your socks? A little bit, but it's expected of you," says the new winner of the toughest reality show in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Mikýř, real name Martin Mikyska.

"I remember moments when we watched from the director's chair with excitement to see how it would turn out. We saw the great acting moves, the betrayals and emotions and also the giving up. For me, it all belongs to Survivor. Survivor reveals real human nature, shows how you behave under pressure, and also allows you to push moral boundaries - perhaps even outsmart those closest to you. We could watch it all. I think this series has shown us how a game can immerse everyone and how an extremely challenging experience can change your original ambitions. It was the most dramatic series to date, which I hope has set the bar higher for the next season," says series three producer Adela Brož. Host Ondřej Novotný adds: "We have completed the third and most successful series of Survivor Czechia & Slovakia so far. The first VIP winner was deservedly won by Mikýř. I am satisfied. The second half of the series was fantastic. We finally saw how Survivor should be played. If there is a fourth series, I look forward to the players being even better and the whole series more entertaining."
Komik Mikýř: From the Internet to Survivor
People knew Komik Mikýř before Survivor primarily through the show "Mikýř's Amazing Internet Journey," which combines a news format with absurdist humor. In 2021, he hosted the Angel Music Awards, where he and musician Jordan Hay parodied Will Smith's "Oscar" slap, but instead of a slap, they kissed. Mikýř is a former successful snowboarder and multiple Czech national champion in slopestyle. He has entered Survivor in the past, but only participated this year, starting in the Titans tribe and working his way up to victory.
Success of Season 3
This year's season of reality show Survivor Czech Republic & Slovakia is the most successful in history, both on Voyo and on Nova.cz. The number of video views has significantly surpassed the previous two series. On Nova.cz, this season had almost double the number of views of short videos compared to last year's series.
