
Daniela Bystrická – Czech cook and former model

Daniela Bystrická is a Czech chef working in Olomouc restaurant Entree. She used to have a modeling career, but left it to pursue her passion - gastronomy.
Life and career
Daniela was born in the Czech Republic, where she grew up with a love for food and cooking. Although she embarked on a modelling career in her youth and worked in Milan, Italy and Bologna, for example, the world of fashion did not bring her satisfaction. As she put it, modelling prevented her from fully enjoying food, which had always been an important part of her life.
After several years in abroad, Daniela decided to leave modelling. Her love for gastronomy led her to the Olomouc restaurant Entree, which became a key point in her career. She first worked there in various positions in service, including a managerial role. However, thanks to her fascination with open cuisine, she gradually began to learn from the chefs and built new skills. She eventually became a chef and has been in that position for more than two years.
Personal Life
Working as a chef is physically demanding for Daniela, and that's why she primarily enjoys relaxing outside of work. She enjoys spending time with her bitch Lilinda, cooking for her family, journaling, sauntering and watching Formula 1 races, which are among her greatest hobbies.
Daniela describes her life motto as a combination of simplicity and contentment. She loves good food, relaxation and moments of calm, which for her are the perfect balance to the demanding pace of work in the kitchen.
