With the arrival of summer, two highly anticipated movie releases will hit theaters that promise to deliver not only suspense and adventure, but also fun for the whole family. Introducing a modern adaptation of the classic novel "The Count of Monte Cristo" and another sequel to the popular animated series "I, Villain 4."
The Count of Monte Cristo
A modern adaptation of Alexander Dumas' famous novel "The Grave of Monte Cristo" brings the thrilling story of ship's officer Edmond Dantès. Edmond is wrongly accused of Bonapartism and without due process is imprisoned in the fortress, where he spends fourteen years. After a dramatic escape from prison, he plots revenge on those who deprived him of his freedom and his beloved Mercedes.
The film stars Pierre Niney in the role of Edmond Dantès, who transforms into the Count de Monte Cristo. Anaïs Demoustier plays Mercedes Herrera, the love of Edmond's life. The other roles will be played by Laurent Lafitte as Gérard de Villefort, Oscar Lesage as Maximilien Morrel, Patrick Mille as Danglars and Bastien Bouillon.

I, the Villain 4
The animated series "I, the villain" returns with a new episode in which Gru, Lucy, Margo, Edith and Agnes welcome a new member of the family - Gru Jr. This little bad boy is all over his father, but this time there's no time for funny business. The family is in danger from Maxim Le Mal and his girlfriend Valentina. Gru finds himself in the witness protection program, where he meets his new neighbors, the Prescott family. In order to face Maxime, he joins forces with their daughter Poppy and of course, he couldn't do without his trusty Outlaws.
In the Czech version, you can look forward to the voices of stars like Steve Carell (Gru), Kristen Wiig (Lucy Wilde), Will Ferrell (Maxime Le Mal), Sofía Vergara (Valentina), Joey King (Poppy) and Stephen Colbert (Perry Prescott).
