Antonin, known to his friends as Tonda or Tony, has decided to enter a competition where we can expect strong determination and sharp elbows. I am funny and„a quick learner,“ he says with a smile. „I think it will be fun.“
Over the past year, Antonín has spent time in Spain. „Everything was a bit slower there, and so I got a bit out of it,“ he admits. „Now I need to get back up to speed because I don't feel as confident in the kitchen as I'd like to yet.“
Despite being a little out of his comfort zone, Antonín doesn't let that put him off. On the contrary - he likes to discover new places and businesses, which is a great way for him to draw inspiration. „Lately I've been enjoying discovering new pubs and looking at different places. It's amazing.“
If Antonín had the chance to win, his plans are clear: "I would definitely take the money and go travelling. I love exploring the world and traveling is a big dream for me.“
Antonín brings not only competitiveness and wit to the competition, but also a desire to explore new places and experience. It will be interesting to see where his journey takes him!
