Hibi: From International Relations to a Bistro in Pilsen
Thirty-year-old Hibi is originally from Syria, but her life's journey is firmly linked to Pilsen, where she was born and where she also runs her own bistro. Although she studied international relations and had experience as a soccer goalkeeper, her passion has always been cooking. She joined Hell's Kitchen to hone her culinary skills. She is known for her uncompromising stance against unfair treatment and manipulation.
Daniel: A Chef with a hard school of life
Daniel, a twenty-seven year old chef from Venice nad Jizerou, now works in Prague. Even though he looks tough at first glance, mainly due to his MMA experience, inside he is sensitive and deeply experiencing his emotions. A complicated childhood taught him to overcome hardships with the help of love, and now he's ready to show his passion for cooking at Hell's Kitchen.
Daniel: From pier to kitchen
Twenty-five-year-old Daniela, now a chef at Olomouc's Entrée restaurant, has had an interesting journey. At the age of 18, she moved to Milan, where she worked as a model. But over time she discovered that her real passion lay in gastronomy. She loves discovering new flavours in luxury restaurants around the world and dreams of meeting the love of her life.
Isabela: From a family restaurant to her own café
Twenty-eight-year-old Izabela from Český Těšín is the owner of a café, but her relationship with gastronomy has its roots in her childhood, when she grew up in a family restaurant. Her extroverted nature and passion for singing make her stand out. Although may seem naive at first glance, she is determined to break into the professional culinary world.
Ema: Bratislava's stress-loving chef
Ema, a 26-year-old chef originally from Bratislava, works as a junior sous chef at O2 Arena. The stressful kitchen environment is like a drug for her, even if sometimes at the cost of minor accidents. She originally wanted to be a blues singer, but her new dream is to become a successful businesswoman in the catering industry.
Pavel. He likes to be in the limelight and is not afraid of big challenges. Even though he can sometimes seem distracted, his culinary skills are second to none. He dreams of one day opening a small restaurant that will make it into the prestigious Michelin Guide. Miroslav: Extravagant chef with movie dreams
Miroslav, the thirty-three-year-old chef and owner of To je Bistro restaurant in Hradec Kralove, is known for his extravagant nature and novel appearance. He didn't enjoy school much, but his determination to achieve his dreams has always driven him forward. One of his goals is to become a hotelier like Robert De Niro in the movie Casino.
Sierra: An American with goal of dominating Czech gastronomy
Sierra, 29, was born in San Francisco but moved to the Czech Republic with her family as a child. While this experience has brought her many challenges, it has also made her stronger. Sierra dreams of becoming a chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and Hell's Kitchen is a step toward making that dream a reality.
Rosie. Today, she works as a creative chef at coffee roaster Doubleshot and dreams of having her own bistro, or travelling the world as a chef and discovering new flavours. Although a shamanic ritual has knocked her out for a month, nothing will stop her on her quest to win. Silvia: The Italian Chef Fighting Ketchup
Fifty-three-year-old Silvia, originally from Italy, now lives in Prague. She has three children and cooking is her way of sharing the love with her family, friends and students. Combining flavours is her passion and has an ambition to teach Czechs not to use ketchup on pasta. She entered the competition after her tarot cards predicted a new beginning.
Natálie: A young chef with big plans
Twenty-five-year-old Natálie from Brno has been focused on fulfilling her dreams since childhood. She is now co-owner of a bistro and opening a Japanese pastry shop and bakery with unique menus. She sees Hell's Kitchen as an opportunity to step out of her comfort zone and achieve even greater success.
Venca: A Chef Who Loves Natural Cuisine
Venca, a 30-year-old chef from Frýdek-Místek, specializes in cooking over an open fire in nature. He organises catering, tasting evenings and cooking classes for those who want to improve their cooking skills. Hell's Kitchen is a chance for him to gain experience in a professional kitchen and work with the best.
Antonin: A young talent with a dream of Michelin
Twenty-one-year-old Antonin is an adrenaline junkie who wants to try bungee jumping or swimming with sharks one day. He dreams of working in Michelin restaurants and one day opening his own business. He signed up for Hell's Kitchen Czech Republic to prove that even young chefs can excel.
Honza: A chef looking for new challenges
Honza, forty-four, the chef at Hotel Hořec in Pec pod Sněžkou, comes from a family that ran a pub. He sees Hell's Kitchen as an opportunity for new adventures and would like to use his winnings to make up for the mistakes of the past.
Václav: A visionary with a love of culinary experimentation
Václav, a thirty-three-year-old chef from Teplice, moved to Prague thirteen years ago. He has two children and works as a chef at the new Symbols project in the centre of Prague. He has always dreamed of a bistro with a unique concept and Hell's Kitchen offers him the opportunity to experience the competitive thrill and make his dreams come true.
Jakub. He dreams of improving the quality of school canteens through cooking classes. He entered the competition to prove that even his age, it is possible to successfully combine tough challenges like parenting, studying and competitive cooking.
