Rosie is a 30-year-old creative chef who got into gastronomy in England, where she moved at 19. Her journey began in the lowest positions in the kitchen, as a dishwasher, but she gradually worked her way up to the position of head chef.

Personal life and relationship with Rebecca
Rosie lives with her fiancée Rebecca, who proposed her hand after two years of relationship. Their introduction was initially through social media, but the actual meeting took place at club, where sparks immediately jumped between them. Half a year after that meeting, they started living together.
Rosie and Rebecca do not live alone; Rosie's stepson, Leo, who they have alternate custody of, also lives in the household with them. For Rosie, who had never had children before, this new element in her life was a big change.
