Maybe it's a shame when the Rod the Dragon series only has eight episodes and we have to wait another two years for the next series, if it didn't we would enjoy more dragons and battles. But there is nothing we can do from the fans' point of view but wait another two years for more main characters to be killed off again and dragons to gradually die out, as is known in the chronological story of the entire Rod Draka - Game of Thrones series.
Actual to the seventh episode. It is finally explained why we follow two s subjects, rather poor "rabble", in King's Landing. They had a bigger task than just sitting around watching the rich lords take advantage of them and steal from them more and more. For we are witnessing the emergence of a new generation of dragonriders. For it is a revolution, and from now on it is not only kings who sit on dragons, but "bastard" blood as well.
I won't say Addam, the shipwright who came to this like a blind man to violins, he at least has some class, since he belongs under Corlyse. Hugh is still a blacksmith, but Ulf really is the worst of the rabble. But Rhaenyra has her dragons and hopes she can rely on her subjects and dragons.
The story got a little stuck in King's Landing. Nothing is happening there, Aegon is healing, Alicent has decided to find some peace and Aemond rules with a heavy hand. Well, classic until Ulf shows up with a dragon. But that's the last few minutes of this episode.
Next Monday, we finally get a climax. Let's hope the dragons get properly involved and some new surprises appear. Anyone who reads the books knows what's in store. It's more about how many percentages of the story the creators adapt to suit themselves and what suits their fancy. But we know for sure a lot will happen and it's quite possible some deaths within the story and looking forward to the third season.
