The second half picks up where the previous half left off. Winterfell has defended itself from the undead, and thanks to Arya, the Winter King has died.
The fourth episode is also long, as the story has to shift a lot and explain a lot of things in order to complete the plot lines. To honor the memory of the deceased and to dive into other relationships and to thank and reward everyone who helped with the victory.
As we probably know, Jon Snow is the heir to the throne of the entire kingdom and his mistress Daenerys, who claims the throne, won't want to share it with anyone.
Cersei is becoming more and more of a bitch and intends to keep her Iron Throne even at the cost of a thousand sacrifices, and let's not forget Euron, who once again manages to capture another captive who is important to the Dragon Queen.
It's clear that the entire series is winding down and the creators are trying not to leave any unresolved issues. Any moment now, we'll know the answer to the question that's been gnawing at fans' minds. For example, is Arya still a Lady, does Brienne love Tormund, who all knows that Jon Snow (King of the North) is the heir to the throne, will another dragon die... and many more.
There will hopefully be another battle in the penultimate episode, this time over King's Landing and Cersei, so I hope the battle is spectacular and that many more of my favorite characters don't die.
I liked the episode, a bit weaker than the previous one, but I give it that 90%.
