And what Dolores is going to do and plan as part of Ford's programming is a really big plan that seems to have worked pretty well."
I can see Ford's mind as he had it planned. In the context of the world he lived in and created, he decided that he had to make robots so perfect that they could prove to humans what they should be, and that they had to do something for their world rather than live as servants of the "gods".
The first episode of the second half of the third season gave us a trip to understanding the ruined world of the modern future, where a person can't even tie their own shoelace without being followed somewhere (at least by a computer). Dolores has progressed closer and closer to her goal, and her goal is gradually moving closer to her and herself. But it's still about how strong her adversary is and how she can deal with the fact that she has become one of the most wanted people in the world and her greatest friend is the most powerful person in the world, one might even say "god."
After much thought, I've decided that this is the best episode I've seen so far. 95%
